How am I going to get a year's supply of food?
Pretty good, thanks for asking. I have only to get some bags / barrels wheat, mouse-proof, of course. And a little food can actually use. Ok, I called George Washington chopping down a cherry tree, with only one supply of two weeks! But I'm working on it. I have some canned tomatoes.
Everyone should have a years supply of food (and a source of water). The canned foods should be kept in nitrogen to maintain freshness and longevity. This amount of food for survival will be responsible for all 12 cubic meters per person a supply of a year.

Mike, slow down. We have all the information. What are steroids? What is the dose? What kind of steroids is that? You see, there are two basic types of steroids, and corticosteroids adrenosteroids. Corticosteroids are completely harmless. They are found in all skin treatments that come in tubes of mild eczema and other conditions. The adrenosteroids are different. They are more such as testosterone, a steroid, and I bet it did not cause a heart attack yet. Therefore, one can see that they are dangerous only at very high doses, and only after a period of time. You lived on steroids for many years now? One week, it will do no harm. Think about this, too: heart attacks are mediated by inflammation. That is, not cholesterol only the bad things you do when the light of the artery is damaged by inflammation. Corticosteroids have anti-inflammatory effects, which are a little bit protective of the heart. Since then, however, is known to increase blood pressure, which can cause heart attacks, but only those whose hearts already damaged by atherosclerosis. How's your heart? You do not have to worry about anything, unless you have already been in hospital for, say, congestive heart failure or angina. If you have conditions of ischemia, such as angina chest, then you have something to worry, but if you are in good cardiovascular health, then you have nothing to fear.
