Just to let u know, this is not gonna be easy, but ill try to set u up with a plan that is more simple than most.
To start off with, what u want to try to aim for each day is about 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight each day (fish, eggs, chicken, lean beef, steak, pork, tuna, protein shakes, milk, etc), and about 2-3g of carbs per lb of bodyweight each day (pasta, brown/white rice, wheat bread, oatmeal, healthy cereals, potatoes, etc). As far as fats go, since ur trying to gain muscle, dont worry a whole lot about em. However, u should try to keep saturated fats to a minimum and increase the amounts of poly and monounsaturated fats, as well as omega 3 and 6. Best bet is to try to keep fat around 50-100 but dont worry if u go a bit over.
heres an example diet, pretty close to what i do but less quantity of food:
1. upon wakening- protein shake (mixed in milk) and banana
2. breakfast- scrambled eggs (2 whole,1 white) and 2-3 slices of wheat bread or 1/2 cup oatmeal or cup healthy cereal
3. post workout- plain, white bagel (or 2 slices of white bread) with jelly and a protein shake/chocolate milk (shake should have around 50g of protein)
4. next meal- 1/2 cup brown rice/pasta/potatoes and chicken/steak/pork/lean beef/fish
5. next meal (snack)- tuna sandwich/canned chicken sandwich/turkey sandwich
6. before bed- protein shake/big glass of milk and 1-3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
this is just a sample, but its pretty simple. The postwork meal can be done wenever, i just put it after breakfast because i lift in the mornings. That is a very important meal. After wokrouts when ur eating a lot it is hard to eat a big meal, so this is easy and doesn’t take too long to fix up. People argue with this saying is not good buts its the best thing after a workout. The jelly will cause in insulin spike that will force the glucose and protein into the muscle cells to start protein synthesis and refill glycogen stores. If u don’t the money to buy protein shakes (they can be bought pretty cheap at walmart with 50g of protein/2 scoops), chocolate milk is the next best thing because the chocolate will help the casein protein in milk digest faster. Also, at bedtime, the oils in the natural peanut butter will slow down protein absorption to limit the amount of time u will be in a catabolic state during sleep. And if u want to add in another meal because ur hungry, then go ahead, but try to eat every 2-3 hrs.
Do not worry about counting calories, weigh urself before u start this diet and at the end of each week, if ur not gaining weight or losing weight, then try to add in another meal or just simple eat a bit more at certain meals. This is the easiest and simpliest way to do it. Also, try not to eat so much at the beginning, u need to see how much u need to eat in order to gain weight then u can adjust ur meals accordingly.
Finally, if ur not gonna lift very hard then do not expect to have any good gains.

A Comparison of Trane Heat Pumps
HVAC isn’t new to Trane. James Trane opened his first business more than 120 years ago in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Many countries around the world have homes equipped with a Trane. Trane heat pumps offer the convenience of heating and air conditioning in a single unit.
A heat pump is a unit that offers heating during the cold months and air conditioning in the hot months. One unit does what used-to require separate heating and AC units. Trane offers four types of efficient pumps. Standard, high, super and ultra efficiency.
XB13 and XB14 are the two standard units Trane offers. A tax credit from your government is available when purchasing the XB14. Trane constructs a durable machine that operates economically and efficiently. The name-brand “CleanEffects” is an option that can be added. “CleanEffects” filters-out all the nasty particles that cause allergies and illness.
Warranties and certain specifications are important when comparing anything. Heat pumps are no different. The two Trane standard efficiency models have a heat efficiency rating – HSPF – approaching 8.5. Running quite quietly they each have a measured sound specification of 78. The ten year warranty for the compressor and the coil and mechanical parts warranty for 5 years offers peace-of-mind.
When measuring efficiency, the national Energy Star regulation is used. The XB14 model – with a SEER up-to 15 – exceeds the minimum requirements to achieve this rating. SEER is an acronym referencing the efficiency of cooling for a heat pump. XB13 has a SEER over 13 – this is not quite a high enough number to qualify for the Energy Star label.
Extended warranties and ten-year limited – registered – warranties – are available for the compressors of the Trane high efficiency models. Mechanical parts and coils are also covered by the 10 year guarantee. XR15, XR14 and XR13 are the three units in this category.
Nominal sound levels of 76 are found with the XR13 and XR14, with a slightly quieter level of 75 offered with the XR15. Only the XR15 has an Energy Star rating. Model 15 offers a heating efficiency of up to 9.0 and a cooling efficiency of up to 16.50. The HSPF for the 14 is up to 9.0, and an – up to 15.00 – SEER rating. The XR13 has a slightly weaker HSPF of up to 8.5 and an SEER of over 14.00.
Two models of super efficiency heat pumps are available from Trane. The only difference between the XL14i and the XL15i is the SEER – cooling efficiency – rating. The 14i measures up to 15.25 where the XL15i has a slightly better rating of up to 16.00. Both measure up to 9.0 for the heating efficiency. Both have the Energy Star rating. Their nominal sound level measures 74; and an extended warranty is optional for adding to the impressive twelve year compressor and ten year coil and functional parts warranties.
Two ultra efficient models top the list of Trane’s heat pump varieties. “Energy Star” will be found attached to each of these two units. Looking at the SEER for the XL16i and the XL20i we find a level of up-to 17.0 for the 16 and 19.0 for the 20. Heating efficiency measurements approach 9.2 for the “ultra” XL16i machine and 9.0 for the XL20i.
The nominal sound level for both ultra efficient Trane heat pumps is – a low – 74. Two compressors work as a two-staged operation in the XL20i model. One staged-compressor element operates inside the XL16i. Both come with a registration and a limited warranty, of 12 years for the compressors and ten years for the coil and functional parts.
Quality that extends around the world. Reliability that is backed by great warranties. Several levels of efficiency. Trane heat pumps offer a lot to choose from while conserving energy and saving customers money. It also makes sense to have one unit – when possible – to do both jobs of heating and air conditioning a home.

Cell mass or super pump? anyone ever taken either?
I’m looking to a little muscle size while at the same time trying to get more lean especially in my stomach area? I’ve heard some mixed reviews on cell mass but have not heard much on super pump. any help would be great if you have taked it before.
