Can I take both Acai supplements and Super B Complex?
I started taking Acai because I heard it was great for your metabolism and full of antioxidants. Then a friend at work told me Super B Complex also helps your metabolism and provides you with energy as well. Can I take both of these supplements at the same time or will that be too much for my metabolism?
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

You are very wise to start thinking about preventing skin aging before the damage is done!
The good news is that since you are so young, you only need a moisturizer that is gentle, some antioxidents, and most importantly, and SPF.
