what can cause dyslexia at random times and a mild stutter that only happens when I’m exited.?
if any of this helps I am 23 I was diagnosed as add when 12 the as asbergers (spell check says that this is spelled wrong but it doesn’t have the “correct spelling on file so I believe it is right. disorder and autistic and now I am diagnosed I think for the first time ever correctly as having multiple personality disorder.I am overweight I do take bayer multivitamin but only if I’m feeling bad it may be a placebo but damn it it works even if it is just in my head.I have been wearing a stainless steel ring and a was once silver plated but I think it is just either nickle or shiny pot metal ring for years I have/had pica but I am unsure as to weither I ever injested lead or other stuff in my formative years I was on ritalin for the add when i was little and wellbutrin for depression in my teens.

You sound like you may be anxious so I’m thinking that you really need to relax more. This might help the mild stutter and dyslexia. To accomplish this I would do some deep breathing and then ask your body. How does it feel to really relax? Pay attention to what you body tells you. Do you need to relax your shoulders and neck, the muscles around your spine, would it help to pay attention to the beauty of nature, honor the beautiful things about yourself. Taking those medications since you were a kid could be making you paranoid now as they could have distorted your reality. The multivite can’t hurt nor will a silver or nickel ring. What is damaging is fear. Believe in yourself. It makes all the difference.
Also eating a good nutritious diet, high in fiber, vitamins and minerals, like fresh, fruit and vegies, lean or vegetable protein and lots of clean drinking water should help. Eat foods low in fat, not processed and especially low in sugar, stay away from hi sugar carbonated soft drinks and get plenty of exercise and you’ll feel better before you know it. This all will make you feel much better, help you ditch fear and paranoia and get rid of extra weight. The you’ll be stylin’ and much happier.
If you have occasional dyslexia and stutter once in a while it’s pretty normal anyway but all this should help immensely.

Is to much multivitamins possible?
I am a 55 yr old man and I take Centrum Silver once a day but still felt run down. I started taking another dose in the evenings when I get home. It seemed to help some. Wife says I may be getting to much of one of the ingredients in the vitamins. Is this possible and should I just take one a day instead of two?
if you feel better then its likely not a problem. you can get to much of certain vitamins but you will usually see/notice an effect(change) when you go to the bathroom. if all seems well, then youre probably okay. ask a pharmascist about it to. taking 2 multi vitamins that far apart, morning and evening should be fine i think.
