Has anyone used Resvinatol complete heart health?
I just heard about a complete antioxidant supplement called Resvinatrol I think I want to start taking. has the equivalent of 156 antioxidants in red wine and is supposed to be 4 times stronger than the antioxidant capacity of pomegranate. Does anyone heard of it or used it?
I looked at the website for that, judging by the ingredients it is safe. However, I see no evidence that This is an improvement over standard vitamin supplements and $ 30.00 for 40 pills is kind of expensive. Not for any damage to give it a shot, but I'd like to see the cheaper alternatives first. Also, the American Heart Association does not recommend using antioxidant vitamin supplements until more complete data are available. They still recommend that people eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods daily from all food groups.

Are the vitamins I am taking safe?
I am 16, i have pretty bad acne on my face, along with folliculitis on my back, thighs, and but. I have just switched from an antibiotic (doxyciclin) to a natural vitamin because after 10 months of taking antibiotics that barely work besides for my face, I am worried about the long term effects. I currently take
Omega 3 Fish Oil – 1200 mg – 1 morning, 1 night
Flaxseed Oil – 1200 mg – 1 morning, 1 night
Green Tea Extract – 150 mg – 3 morning, 3 night
Acai – 1000 mg – 1 morning, 1 night
Odorless Garlic – 1000 mg – 2 morning, 2 night
Tumeric Extract – 500 mg – 1 morning, 1 night
Joint Support – 2 morning
Beta Carotene – 25000 I.U. – 1 morning, 1 night
Vitamin E – 400 I.U. – 1 morning
Chromium Picolinate Plus – 400 mcg – 1 morning
Acidophilus – 1 Billion Active Cultures – 1 morning
Resvinatrol Complete (Resveratrol) – 100 mg – 2 morning
Aside from the Beta Carotene (and possibly the Chromium, depending on how much your system needs and your blood sugar needs), everything looks great!
25,000 IU of Beta Carotene is a very High Dose and taking it twice a day is almost pointless and for some, it can be bad… I’ve heard more than a few stories of people turning orange or yellow from too much Beta Carotene (often from different foods for the different colors, but still). 1 a day is more than enough… heck, 10,000 IU should be fine, too. 
Chromium is a toughy. Some people can use a lot more Chromium for metabolism and blood sugar support, but some people have too much of an impact for blood sugar when they take Chromium (pushing their blood sugar too far off). If you’ve been taking it a while, you’re not seeing any ill effects (dizziness, low energy, etc), and you’re not diabetic/hypoglycemic, you shouldn’t have a problem with that.
The rest of it won’t hurt you in those doses (assuming no allergies or prescriptions), but the Resveratrol, Acai, and Green Tea all fall under the same category as Vitamins A and E… they’re good antioxidants. Taking the extra Resveratrol and Acai probably won’t help you enough to make much of a difference based on all the research I’ve done on these (and yes, we sell them and I’m saying you may not need them).
The joint support isn’t a bad idea if you’re in sports (help to minimize damage to the joints and help your body repair the damage better), but if you don’t have a lot of physical activity, 16 may be rather young to need to start taking those… that’s up to what activity you’re doing now more than anything else.
