allergic reactions to zyrtec and tylenol rapid release…is there something in those?
i had some kind of reaction when i had zyrtec once where i got really hot and so dizzy i couldnt even stand and yesterday i had a tylenol rapid release pill i think because i got a concussion 41 days ago and playin basketball still gives me a migraine like headache. well after having it i got dizzy again but i could walk without fainting and i had a little bit of a breathing problem like my throat had closed a lil and then it started just feeling all weird.
so if u have anything to say about:

wat to do about these reactions?

These symptoms are not at all typical of Zyrtec and/or Tylenol. It sounds like either a panic attack or a response to pain and I would lean towards the panic attack given some of your symptoms. You need to find a way to calm yourself during one of these episodes and reduce the “fight or flight” response. Regarding your “migraine like headache,” if this was truly a migraine, Tylenol would not have done a thing for your headache. It sounds like you are having stress headaches and need to focus on stretching and massage techniques for your head/neck and upper back muscles (you can find these with a simple search on google).
