Protein Powder Gold standard Protein Powder from Dr. Wheeler?
I had already posted something about this earlier. I left a few things out.
I would like to know if anyone has tried this protein powder? I have looked it up in the net ever since I heard an informercial on the radio. His porducts aren’t cheap. I know Dr. Wheeler has worked with some great athletes such as” Gilbert Brown, Brett Favre, and Michael Jordan.
Are there any other protein powders on the market that are cheaper? It sounds like you are paying more for this product, becasue of who Dr. Wheeler is.
Is it just me, but it seems that every protein powder company wants to say thier product is the best. All you have to do is look at some magazines and you will see.
If you are a serious bodybuilder, I would recommend IsoPure 0 Carb Whey Protein Isolate in 7 lb bucket, this is the cheapest per weight mass protein powder I know of, and if you are over 35 and really SERIOUS about your body the 0 Carb mean more value for money and you don’t have to cut down your carbo too much. You will find too much other ingredients you do NOT want in other non-isolate protein products like sugar.

I bought this and i am not sure if one scoop is 24g of protein? if i need to get up towards 120g, then im going to take 4-5 scoops? it seems like it wont last me only but a week or so at that rate.
Yes its a good basic protein powder.
Its been around a long time but there are much better quality and tasting powders out there.
120 grams of protein per DAY? Is that what you mean? Did you base this on your body weight?
The amount of calories, protein and carbs depends on your goals.
For my male clients I usually have them do 2 scoops, 2 or 3 times a day depending on the rest of their diet.
