is it safe to switch from one brand to another brand of creatine without cycling in between?
i have been taking GNC brand creatine monohydrate for about 7 weeks now with no loading phase (5g a day) and i just wanted to know if it is safe to switch to another brand creatine called “creatine hardcore powder” today. it says its a “HPLC pure creatine monohydrate”. i got this from a friend at work today. also i wanted to know what works good with creatine and how i should cycle this stuff? any help would be appreciated. thanks.
Creatine really isnt; the way to go. Take Size-On from Gaspairi Nutrition. Regular creatine you pee most of it out and it gets wasted. You can switch anytime you want it doesn”t matter. Also take amino acids with it. Try looking at the web site bodybuilding.com lots of great info.

Introduction
Ginseng berry is from fruit of Panax ginseng, fruit is a small berry, nearly drupaceous, and red when ripe in autumn. Besides all the ingredients of ginseng root, such as ginsenosides, protein, amino acid, polysaccharides, etc, it contains berry ginsenosides especially Re abundantly – bioactive factors that aid diabetic & obesity.
Pharmacological function
The clinical study results of type II diabetes treatment had revealed: take the extraction of ginseng berry (the ginseng berry ginsenosides content was above 30.0%) 50mg everyday, after 4 weeks, some indexes of the patient such as the fasting blood-sugar level, losing weight, etc, had exhibited variable degrees of decrease. Especially some other clinical symptoms such as over-drinking, polyphagia, diuresis, insomnia and vertigo, etc. have been improved in variable degrees.
Ginseng berry extract changes the metabolism pattern of rats, through activating ATP provision system. Ginseng berry extract itself can promote insulin releasing of pancreas in vitro, and promote insulin releasing induced by glucose. The dose-effect curve of ginseng berry extract and insulin releasing appears S type. In animal experiment with feedstuff added with ginseng berry extract, researchers found that ginseng berry extract influenced the direction of hepatic metabolism, through functioning on enzyme system.

Serial dilution of TTX (tetrodotoxin)?
I have a small vial of tetrodotoxin powder, to which I have added 1ml (or 1000 microlitres more precisely) of distilled water. I need to use this as a standard on a HPLC machine, which I have never used before, and to make a calibration curve of its toxicity. How can I serially dilute the 1ml of 0.1mg/ml TTX in a sensible number of ‘standards’ in order to produce the curve that I need? Also, what would the concentration of each of these dilutions be?

Suggest double – dilute. This would give you a broad range of dilutions.
Neat, 1:2, 1:4…………………1:2048 and beyond if necessary.
Also, you would need to find the linear range by arranging a run-through. Then you will know what dilutions you need to prepare. You will have your curve. Then dilute out your test / QC to bring them into range.
You may find that e.g. 1:8 >>>1:128 is linear and that the test / QC works best at 1:5.
Neat TTX is 0.1 mg/ml,
1:2 TTX is 0.05 mg/ml, (i.e. half),
1:4 TTX is 0.025 mg/ml, (i.e. quarter).
