Why do I get a stiff, burning sore neck when I do a bentonite cleanse?
Has anyone here done a bentonite cleanse? It’s the nutritional clay for detoxing herbicides and pesticides. I take a 1 tbsp “shot” on an empty stomach when I wake up and the following night I’ll wake up with excruciating spine, shoulder and neck pain. Last time I couldn’t move my neck for 3 days, it was burning pain! None of my pain supplements helped either. (I was able to make the pain bearable with self-hypnosis).
Does anyone know why that is? And is there a way no to go thru the pain thing?
Last time I had this type of pain was when I detoxed parasites. but to the best of my knowledge bentonite doesn’t detox parasites.
Any help or light you can shed on this would be tremendously appreciated. Thanks in advance! =)
That’s definitely not a normal reaction, so there are two likely reasons that come to mind. It’s possible that the Bentonite is cleansing something from your system that your body is reacting to and causing the burning in your neck. However, the more likely option is that you’re allergic to the Bentonite itself, especially if it’s happened more than a few times.
Honestly, if it’s that bad that it hurt for 3 days, it sounds like a pretty bad allergic reaction and I would suggest just avoiding it… there are other cleanses that can help with various parts of the body. Good luck and I hope I helped!

does ion detox baths work?
my parents just got into these foot baths that draw out toxins from the body using ions and sea salt… I thought it was just a way to rip them off, the changing water didn’t impress me too much because i figured that would happen anyway but then i saw parasites called pin worms in the water. what do u guys think about these baths?
No, they don’t draw out toxins through your feet, that’s pretty crazy.
Many of these scams involve a colour/physical change process to convince you that something’s happened. It’d be pretty easy to include some pin worm-looking substances if you wanted too. Pinworms occur in the gastrointestinal tract; they could not possibly come out of your feet.
