i think its boosts your immune System to
any tips? about it? & your stories taking it?

i bought mine at whole foods store
I don’t my self take herbs or supplements, just am not into them. So I asked a friend that does use them.
I was told it works, at least for him, as a calming agent. He told me he takes it when he’s stressed out, or when he wants to sleep and can’t fall asleep.
Just from limited knowledge but hope it helps
