The colon is an anaerobic environment, meaning it is very low in oxygen. Introducing oxygen into that environment could well cause all kinds of problems, and may even be fatal.
Especially if you use cleaning compounds.
If you want to do a clean-out, eat rolled oats, bran cereal, and other fibrous foods (celery, jerusalem artichokes, corn, fruit, etc.), eat unpasteurized yogourt, and drink a lot of fruit juice.
Colon cleansing, I think, is an idiotic fad and is probably quite pointless. Ask your doctor.

- To maintain colon health with Oxy-Powder, take your ideal dosage two to three times each week.
- During your maintenance days, you should be eating five small, healthy meals each day consisting of organic foods.
- Be sure to drink enough water (half your body weight, in ounces. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds, you would want to drink at least 50 ounces each day.) to stay hydrated and to ensure that Oxy-Powder is working as effectively as possible.
Tips and Notes:
- Healthy foods to eat during Oxy-Powder maintenance days include: fresh vegetables, leafy salads, homemade vegetable soups, whole wheat breads and pasta, raw nuts and seeds, hormone-free meats and fish, and fresh fruits.

Yes. Oxy-powder is an oxygenated colon cleanse that will loosen and remove any build-up on the intestinal walls. It should start working almost immediately. It won’t cause any cramping and it’s safer than other colon cleanses that rely on chemicals to clean off the walls of the intestines. I’ve had good results and like how well it works. Just follow the directions .Good luck.
