What do you think of Omega – 3 fish oil capsules?
I was just wondering why Omega-3 fish oils are recommended so much when they contain a small amount of cholesterol ? I have been taking 2 each day for a long while as part of my Diet Supplement routine. Has anyone else who takes these found any noticeable benefits from taking them, and how many each day do you take ? What are the differences between Omega-3 and Omega- 6 oils that you know of? Hi, yes I have found that they are very good for energy and alertness , and you have no need to worry about the cholesterol , the body does need cholesterol as part of its daily nutrition.

The Multi Vitamin has no fish oil in it.
