What is the best nutritional supplement to take for someone trying to build up??
I am 6’2….180 lbs – I want to get to 200, by putting on 25 pounds of mostly upper body and losing 5 pounds from my gut. What should I use??
Actually if you wanna bulk up you need to change more than just your intake of protein …if you are taking whey shakes use those between meals not as a main source of protein also try lower reps when working out and try more weight. Also cut down on your aerobic exercise if you even do it at all. Also make sure you are not over-doing it get plenty of rest lots of water .

Polls, surveys, double-blind studies, and personal experience have shown me that with consistent intake of nutritional supplements that work on a cellular level, will help battle (not cure) practically every medical problem a person could come up against.
