Is it safe to use a GNC Mega Men Max Nutrition Formula shake if I am a 29 year old female?
My fiance bought it about a month ago and didn’t like the taste. He opened it and does not have the receipt so taking it back is not an options. I figured that I could use it. It seems to be all natural. Would it be okay even though it is formulated for men???
Looks like everything in it is ok with one exception. Saw palmetto, which is included for prostate health, should not be taken by pregnant women. If you’re pregnant or may become pregnant, it’s best to avoid this shake. Otherwise, drink up!

Why do you need this nutrition shake? Are you body building and need more muscle mass? The choose the protein plus. If it is to replace meals use the regular, if it is to lose weight by drinking a shake and not eating a meal then the light shake would be your choice.
Lok at the label and find out the fat content. If it is too high, chooose the lower one.
