Bright neon yellow urine?
So I have been taking Nutrilite Double X for the past two days now (it’s an all natural supplement of vitamins) but my pee is a bright neon yellow…which usually means that I have an excess of something or that it is not being absorbed…it’s odd, because natural supplements aren’t supposed to make my pee this colour? OH, and the instructions tell me that I should take 2 doses of it everyday, one in the morning and one at night. So should I just take one dose instead?
yah its caused by the vitamin b in the tabs (d@mn that ingredient list was hard to find). i dont think you would need to take two of those based on the RDV’s of each included vitamin. one tab will provide plenty. cut it in half if it says you should take one in the morning and one at night.
