Is it safe to take creatine, anabolic halo, bcaa and n.o. xplode?
I am trying to gain muscle mass and I want every edge I can get. I was just wondering if I will have any horrendous side effects by taking all of these supplements in one day.
if you need the placebo effect with many potentially harmful substances. Look the fact of the matter is this, creatine works to a certain extent, it isn’t magic, do a wikipedia search on creatine studies, the benefits are marginally but true they exist. I take a creatine, BSN Cellmass, i like it a lot. I’ve taken Xplode, my opinion, pure caffeine, why spend the money just to have a larger pump that doesn’t really doa nything but make you feel good for the time being… BCAA are veryg ood, i sip Scivation’s xtend, i’d recommend this in the watermelon flavour, 4 scopps sip it throughout your workout. Don’t take halo please, muscletech products.. i’ve tried nearly all except nitrotech are a huge waste of money. They suck, bottom line. Stick to a decent quality creatine such as cellmass, skipthe pre workout energy supplements as eventually u just get used to them and also, many people are dependent on them (can’t workout without them) very sad!. CREATINE and BCAAs all the way bud. don’t waste your money on the other scams.

BCAA are good for you. At your age at least. To get big and ripped dude you just have to get your diet on key. When I was in football the coaches had us working out like crazy, but never taught us anything about nutrition and supplements.
Make sure your getting a diet rich in protein, carbs, and fats. Proteins are the building blocks, carbs and fats are the fuel for the transportation of those blocks.
Generally you want to ingest 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. That means if you weigh 180lbs then you want to ingest 270-360 grams of protein daily. 0.5 to 1 gram of carbs per pound of body weight and 0.2 to 0.4 grams of fat per pound of body weight.
Spread this out with 6-8 small meals. I know it seems like alot, but its really not. Just whenever you got some time, stop and eat something.
Supplements I suggest: BCAA, Fish oil, Flaxseed oil, Whey protein, N.O Xplode, glutamine.
