how should i take cod liver oil tablets? With water or as the bottle says just swallow?
Also is it bad to take a multi-vitamin tablet and a cod liver oil/calcuim tablet at the same time?

Take cod liver oil tablets which are big with water.
Is it safe to take a multi-vitamin tablet and a cod liver oil tablet at the same time? YES..
Both have nutrients that the other doesn’t have..i.e. cod liver oil is rich in OMEGA -3 but multi-vitamins doesn’t have that, but it HAS more vitamins. I

Is there any way to not burp and taste fish when taking cod liver oil pills?
Lately when I take my cod liver oil pills I burp and taste fish and then my breath smells, it never happened before could it be the brand im using (don’t know the name). I know it says it’s a symptom is burping but I never had the taste in my mouth before. How can I make it not taste like that.
Change the brand. Obviously it is low quality fish oil, if its causing such unwanted effects.
Try the Nordic brand.
