Is that CLA (Conjugated Linoleic acid) really help to lose weight?
Do not take it. Some products specify CLA the label that they could cause headaches, Nauss, diarrhea and dizzyness as side effects but they do not tell you the% of people who might be this. Well I am a healthy male 26 years old, and began to eat this product "abdominal pieces" that contains within it CLA. The second day of use I started to feel dizzyness and Nauss, it felt like to take lots of vitamin C with a stomach empty, but even more intense. This would happen about 30 minutes after taking the pill, there was no doubt that was the product, I stopped to use, and the day after I started to feel Nauss night, and, finally, one day after I went to Dairy Queen and I bought a cherry sundae, as I always do, and went to sleep, 5 hours later I woke up with Nauss, diahrrea and temperature. This lasted all day at that point I thought I had contracted the flu or other dissease as symptomps were intense. I went to the laboratory for the trial ended, and one day it, I felt normal again, tests have shown absolutely no dissease all. So it was an allergic reaction the product, I can tell you is a dangerous product! you know why the Dairy Queen ice has begun a major allergic reaction?: because the ACL is created from milk products so basically my body was to obtain a significant amount of CLA, it has not rained. Not only that, but any kind of acid is very likely to upset your stomach, vitamin C has some form of acid, so it causes Nauss time of consumption with an empty stomach. FDA CLA should take products off the market, there is so little research done, they do not give a guarantee and they cost too expensive, I sent my CLA right product in the trash. At least I can try to get revenge on the scam and the pain I suffered by this response.
