Do calling cards and the 496 STD free calling work on Reliance life time plan?
I want to convert to the Reliance life-time (Rs.199) plan. But I want to know whether the All-India calling cards like Rs.225/280/675/875 and the recently inroduced Rs.496 free STD facility would work on this plan? I have a Mumbai pre-paid connection. Also, how to get out of the life-time plan and switch to a regular plan if one wants to? Thanks for help.

where can I find legal forms for landcontracts with life time leases?
I am getting ready to write up a land contract and/or purchase agreement with my parents with a life time lease. I have a lawyer cd but am unable to get it to work on my computer, so I am currently looking for forms that I can print out on my computer.
contact a local realtor, they should be able to either provide a lease form for you, or direct you to an office or website where you can get one.
however, i don’t understand why you want a “Lifetime LEASE” if you are entering into a LAND CONTRACT. you’re a little unclear in your question. a land contract is an agreement to pay $xx.xx per month, for xx months/years, after which when payment is made in full for the amount owed, the land becomes yours.
if you are under a land contract, you have possession of the property until you either pay it in full or default on the loan.
you wouldn’t need a lifetime lease on top of a land contract.
however, i don’t know what state you are in, so you should probably contact a real estate attorney or at the very least, a local realtor in your city/state in order to abide by local & state laws.
