Would an anti inflammatory pill intended for tissue and mobility work for me internally for a disease such as ulcerative colitis? It is called Inflamma-less by Irwin Naturals. Thnx!

Can someone help me with my hoodia question?
Just got Irwins all natural hoodia, it says to take 3 capsules once a day with your meal? They are 400Mg, that means i need to consume 1200 mg a day, someone please clarify?
You will find that Hoodia supplements vary widely in potecy and effectiveness. 1200 mgs of one supplement may not equal 1200 mgs with another, so don’t try to compare one with another.
If one doesn’t work, I wouldn’t get down about it. Just try another brand. Hoodia is a natural supplement, not a drug with standard doses (at least, not yet).
