Herbalife User’s PLEASE!!!?
Today is day 3 for me, I have already lose 6 pounds any words of advice that can help me stay strong? I don’t have a distributor so I am on my own please help. I am only taking Total Control, Cell U Loss, and Shakes. The problem is I still feel hungry at times HELP PLEASE. Should I get the personalized protein powder? Thanks in advance
I don’t know about Total Control and Cell U Loss. I only take shakes. Okay I’m sharing with you my own experience .. Actually I consume Herbalife every morning and night, means I replace both my meals and follow it strictly. I take 4 scoops of F1 and 2 scoops of F3 per shake with 400ml of water, which means, 8 F1 and 4 F3 per day. I lost 1kg for the first week. It’s just that you must take your shakes well and no cheatings like snacking or eating in between your 3 main meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner. You will feel hungry as your eating style for your shake is not right, that’s all.
I didn’t feel hungry at all or have the intentions to cheat and eat when I am hungry. If at all I feel hungry, I eat fruits, that’s all. It’s just as simple as that. I lost weight with the normal products which you all consume too, the F1, F3 and teamix. I drink 1 litre of tea per day, means 3 to 4 servings per day (250ml per time). You also must remember that when you make your shake, if you add soya or anything to it, you are actually going to add in more calories and sugar into your meal. So try to avoid this kind of things in your diet 
Anyway, it’s just as simple as A-B-C.
For the first week to second week, when you just started dieting with Herbalife it is really a challenge to you. This is the time where by your body is trying to adjust to new way of your eating habits and the pattern of food intake and also the amount of water. Basically, it is the starting point for the body to get used and adjust the new healthy way of dieting. Of course, feeling hungry is very normal.. but don’t starve your self. It is advisable that you drink shakes whenever you feel hungry. You can also eat some fruits/hi fibre biscuits to control your hunger.
For the first week to second week, it is also the time whereby you will feel some amazing improvement to your health. But for some individual that has some medical history, they will be experiencing some recovery reactions. But do not worry or scared of those recovery reactions, but i would personally suggest you to bear with it and go thru the recovery reactions, then you noticed that you will be healthier.
For the third week to the fourth week, you will feel that dieting with Herbalife isn’t that tough and difficult at all. This is because you do not really feel the hunger pangs.
For the second month, you will feel that your eating habits is slowly changing. Take for eg, before this you really love fried food or oily food, but now when you taste some food that is too oily or eating fried food, you just don’t have the appetite.
Congratulations, if you have reached this stage. This is because for the following month onwards, your dieting with Herbalife is as simple as ABC. You will also noticed that drinking water of 3-4 litres per day isn’t a problem anymore.
Yes, you can take more than 2 shakes in a day. But remember, 2 shakes is to replace 2 main meals and then, in between if you still very hungry, you can take additional shake. The more shakes you take, the better results you will get.
Talking about calories, no it won’t add much of the calories to your body as you only enjoy 1 normal meal and sticking to replacing 2 meals with shakes. So, taking additional shakes will not affect much on your calories intake for the day.
Just remember, more shakes and drink more water = RESULTS! RESULTS!

I have asked my Pharmacist to check out the ingredients and she said
that they are safe to take if you’re not on any medication, but she can’t see anything that would help with Cellulite.
If you’re on medication you need to be careful with herbal supplements as they can interact and sometimes even become dangerous to your health. It can be toxic for your body.
