ok i bought sum mega men sport Dietary Supplement pills and there are way to big to just swallow and i was wondering can i crush them up nd put them in water and drink it or put it in apple sause or sumthin???? even tho it says timed release could i still crush the pills nd take it??

rather than crushing the pills try chopping them in 2 halves and take them one at a time so they are easier to swallow. Chopping the pill in half shouldn’t effect the rate at which the nutrients are released. I wouldn’t suggest crushing them though as this may effect the rate of release. I think this applies for most pills, not just Gnc sports pills.
