i thought your supposed to take whey after your workout cause creatine doesnt help you get stronger but just delievers more acids to your muscled to something like inflating them, so when are you supposed to take creatine please help te points to best answer 10 points!!!!

Glutamine – Immunity?
Ive heard that L-Glutamine or Glutamine powder is very good for the immune system (such as for coughs, colds/flu symptoms etc).
Is this true and how much should you have a day to benefit from it (because different companies sell the powder in different volumes I assume so what is the daily recommended dosage?)
