How much SizeOn should i take?
I just got SizeOn tablets from Gaspari Nutrition. It says to take 6 tabs each morning, but honestly i think thats entirely too many pills. Can i cut a few out, and take maybe 4 every morning and still get the same results?
You should start by breaking your dose up;
3 after workout, 3 in the morning, in fact the website says to take one serving before you workout, and one before you go to bed.
Remember this is a creatine product, and you will need to cycle it; taking more your first 2 weeks, then slowly step down to 2/3 of that for the remainder of your 6 week cycle (that’s the minimum amount of time you should be on this).
So you could start with 6 before workout, 6 before bed for the first two weeks, step it down to 4 and 4 for 2 weeks, 3 and 3 for a week, 2 and 2, and for the final week 1 and 1.
After that don’t stop training, the post cycle workouts will solidify the mass that you have built up while on the creatine.
The results you get will be highly dependent on how hard you train, what you eat (including how much protein), and lastly whatever supplements you are using.

DIRECTIONS: To optimize uptake and absorption of SizeOn take one serving with 16-20 ounces of water orally once per day immediately before bed and on training days take one serving with 16-20 ounces of water and drink during workout. Following this routine for 30 days will optimize concentrations of the ingredients in SizeOn in skeletal muscle tissue both intra-cellularly and interstitially.

I Want to know which one is better. i am 16 year old and i started work out 1 month ago.
I personally prefer AST Sport Science Creatine HSC.

It is Micronized meaning it has much smaller particles, which means it absorbs faster and causes less stomach upset.
