Complete EFA benefits? do I take while breastfeeding?
sooo my stepmother gave me a bottle "complete EFA", he flaxseed, borage seed and fish oil .. can you tell me what are the advantages of each are? will be one of them help me lose weight lol? and then I take while breastfeeding? (400 mg of each oil in 1 capsule of 1200 mg once per day)
