im about 2 take fiber choice will it help get my bowels to moving????? i want 2 be cleaned out so that i can eat on xmas day and i wanna eat some co0kies tonight!
Yepp it should, just eat alot of fiber foods today, – like baked beans, chili, variatys of peas, whole grains, all bran cearel/ bars, etc…
- If it doesn’t work I would suggest maybe a laxitive. This will for-sure clean you out within hours.

Good Foods To Lose Weight Have High Fiber Content!
Good foods to lose weight are foods that have high fiber content. We need to add fiber to our diets if we expect to have healthy weight loss. Fiber is needed every day.
Fiber can reduce the risk of many common diseases and it cleanses the toxins out of the intestines and colon. Fiber has been found to reduce the risks of high blood sugar, colon cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and a long list of others. Fiber is great for the body and has many benefits but how does it help us lose weight?
You will eat less when you eat high fiber foods because they will make you feel full. So you will not eat as much. Fiber will also help the metabolism burn fat. That is our goal.
Where can we find high fiber foods?
Some great sources of fiber can be found in these foods:
Beans – Beans are one of the best sources of fiber that there is. Most of them are extremely high in fiber content but some of the best ones are Kidney Beans, Lima Beans, and Black Beans.
Vegetables – Fresh vegetables are also very high in fiber. Avocados are among the highest in fiber content. Winter Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Corn and Carrots are all excellent sources too. Almost every vegetable is high in fiber and they burn fat!
Fresh Fruit - Not only do you get a lot of vitamins with fruit but you can get some really good fiber here as well. Some of the higher, fiber rich fruits include; Raspberries, Grapefruit, Pears, Blueberries, Strawberries and Apples with their skin.
Pasta, Cereals, and Grains - You really get a lot of variety with this group and you will find some of the best sources of fiber here. Some really good choices would be; Bran Cereal, Oats, Brown Rice, and Whole Wheat Bread.
Nuts and Seeds – These are very effective for weight loss though not extremely high in fiber. These are snack foods that will make you feel full. They also help burn fat. Some good choices would be Sun Flower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Walnuts, Cashews, and Peanuts.
We should quit eating things that make us fat and start eating good foods to lose weight. With such a wide selection to choose from we should be able to find something that we like. You can work some of them in every day. If you are serious about eating good foods to lose weight then you will be sure to do this. High fiber foods have many benefits but most important to weight loss is that they suppress the appetite and burn fat. Be sure to drink more water as you increase your fiber.
