I am stopping my master cleanse due to unexpected travel plans, should i follow the same steps for the ten day/two week cleanse or is there a short cut?

7 Day Colon Cleanse – Foods To Eat
You are attempting to increase fiber into your diet and reduce the amount of protein you eat. Most 7 day colon cleanses or fats focus on just eating fruit and vegetables for the 7 days. In particular broccoli, brussel sprouts and garlic, beets and artichokes are recommend. Green herbal tea in a number of forms is recommended because it aids the digestive system. All forms of rice including rice crackers and rice pasta are encouraged. Most types of beans are advocated including lentils, split yellow and green peas.

can i take my vitamins while doing a 2 day body cleanse?
i have a pack of vitamins i take everyday but i need to do a 2 day body cleanse that requires me only drinking fluids and eating veggies, fruit or soups…is it okay to still take my vitamins?
Im not sure but just another tip – vitamin tablets often dont work well with soup because they get absorbed by the liquid too quickly and its just they dont have as much of an effect.
