Can anyone tell me how to use creatine monohydrate powder?
I have 2 bottles of creatine monohydrate and just want to be eligible in using them. I know take it with grape juice or a sports drink, but I want to know how long the load step is, how much to use, and then when the cycle. All web sites also give me much information. Thanks.
All web sites give "too much" information? Oh, man, that no true … more information is better, but let me see if I can simplify for you. This creatine loading phase is performed for 5 days. It takes a lot of creatine three times daily for 5 days. After that, take a portion of the creatine after training only. If you are not working that day, take their share of the creatine when you normally take. I took creatine monohydrate for 4 months and not seeing the benefits. I see the strength and power, but not the benefits of water. Am I wrong to take. When should I take? Should I take daily (maintenance phase) or only day of the year? In addition, Phase do you really work load?
you need to drink lots and lots of water. Id say 8-10 or more drinks. if your strength and take full advantage of the mind. (Because the way you think, oh is that creatine has to get stronger, so your brain think it is active and begins to work harder to motivate the muscles) should also consider that id before and after a workout? and especially on training days. IDK what charge phase, but you should work on alternate days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) the reason why this is so your muscles to recover what is the opportunity to grow after the recovery
