Cookies Chocolate Chip is an American classic. It is the favorite cookie of many people, and the New York Times has even produced a paper and on the which continues to get buzz. It is not surprising that this cookie is such a big favorite, he is very down-to-earth and is often a comfort food. It is also easy to make at home if you do not try to get too exotic with it.
Cookies with chocolate chips come in two basic textures, soft and crispy. This recipe is for chewiest, most Melt-in-your-mouth delicious chocolate chippers you had. If you like crispy cookies, stay away because they cook until puffy, light, never greasy. The cookies are full of sweet chocolate chips great sticky. They taste fantastic hot oven, and keep well in sealed containers. However, because they are moist and rich in flavor, no preservatives, they must be refrigerated after a few days to prevent mildew. (A bit like a bakery-fresh bread moist, these cookies need care not to go stale)
Extra fact:
Most cookie recipes do that witnesses of the same size. If you try to make the cookies to a size that is not described in the recipe original, you have problems such as inadequate cooking while the edges burn, or do-despite the time-bake cookies. These cookies can be easily made in one of three sizes!

Chia Ultra Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
What you need:
Dry ingredients
2 cups flour
½ c. Tea fills baking soda
½ c. Tea Salt
¼ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips bittersweet
Wet Ingredients
8 c. unsalted butter (works better if melted first)
4 c. tablespoons chia gel
¼ cup applesauce (no sugar)
1 tsp tablespoon vanilla
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk only
First, preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease your cookie sheets. Mix the butter and both sugars until homogeneous. Then add the vanilla, applesauce, whole egg and egg yolk. Mix again until combined bottom. Last add your Chia gel and stir again. In another bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients, except chocolate chips. (Flour, baking soda, salt) Once dry ingredients are mixed, slowly add the wet ingredients with a wooden spoon. Stir until all combined. Last time, add 2 cups of chocolate chips.
Suggestion:
If you bake cookies large and medium size, you can use Jumbo chocolate chips or chocolate pieces.
If you regularly or small cookies, chocolate chips, regular size work best
Sizes:
If you use ¼ cup of dough per cookie bake for about 15 minutes (Large)
If you use 1.5 c. soup of dough per cookie bake for about 12 minutes (Medium)
If you use 1.5 c. Tea dough per cookie cook about 10 minutes (regular / Small)
When you are finished baking, the cookies will become golden brown. The edges may appear slightly toasted but the centers will still soft and puffy. Be careful do not overcook.

Chia gel is super easy to do and that is the key to kick these healthy cookies Pack. Because of its unique gelling property, replacing half the butter in this recipe without changing the taste. Chia seeds have the taste of their own when you gel with filtered water. You will not know they are not even in cookies.
1 tsp tablespoon of dry chia seeds
9 c. tablespoons filtered water
In a container able to seal just shoveling in the chia seeds and add the 9th c. tablespoons of water filtered. Stir with a fork to prevent clumping, and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. The seeds have each formed a thick gel around them. The gel can now be used to replace up half the butter or oil in almost all recipes cooked.
