Am I taking too many vitamins/supplements?
Im a bit of a health freak, well not really, well yea. Im studying to be a nutritionist, and Im really concerned about my health. I work in a pharmacy so these vitamins are all around me, here is a list of the things i take, at most 3 times a week.
1. Multivitamin
2. Fish Oil caps (heart n cardiovascular health)
3.Cinnamon caps (sugar metabolism)
4.Cranberry (urinary health)
5.Green Tea Extract (Antioxidant)
6.Red Wine extract (Antioxidant)
7.Garlic (Cholesterol)
8.Pomegranate (Antioxidant)
9. Calcium (Bone Health)
10. Vitamin C (immune sys health)
I dont take em all at once, half in the morn and half in the afternoon or evening. Im only 20, but I feel like if you could some how start earlier it wont be so bad when you get older.
Don’t overdo the C, but otherwise, you’re probably ok.

well on sunday i ordered 2 bottles of green tea powder (500mg caps), and i wanted to know would that form of green tea work well. Like i know i should have got green tea extract, but i made a mistake and i got powdered tea leaf pills.
I just want to know, do powdered green tea leaf pills work? and if so better or almost as good as the extract pills?

oh god, okay so ages ago i started drinking green tea, i got bloated by it and it made me gain weight for some reason, then when i stopped drinking it i wasn’t bloated and i lost weight with exercising and eating properly.
