When I read “Girl” and “Blonde” I thought of Taylor. Then “shoulder length hair with side bangs”, “ice blue eyes” and “slim”.. Chloe. Lastly when I hit her age, I thought of Amanda.
So Taylor, Chloe or Amanda. I think she sounds most like a Chloe.
